88tb Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 88tb platform (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 88tb ("we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 88tb Platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not have an existing 88tb account that has been suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the 88tb Platform.

88tb reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Accounts where the user is found to be under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all winnings forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the 88tb Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts. To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 88tb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 88tb support team immediately.

88tb reserves the right to refuse account registration applications at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

88tb accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your 88tb account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 88tb does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activities.
• 88tb reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or risk-management purposes.
• If a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must notify the 88tb support team immediately. You must not place bets using erroneously credited funds.
• 88tb does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the same payment methods used for deposits. Withdrawals are processed to accounts registered in your own name only. Before any withdrawal is approved, 88tb may require you to complete identity verification (KYC), which may include submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment account ownership.

Standard withdrawal processing times are approximately 15 minutes during normal operational hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. 88tb will endeavour to communicate any delays to affected users promptly.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• 88tb reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal payments pending investigation of suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms.
• In the event that a withdrawal is made to an incorrect account due to information provided in error by the user, 88tb will not be responsible for the resulting loss.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

88tb may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates.

General conditions applicable to all 88tb bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings are transferred to the main withdrawable balance.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• 88tb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 88tb are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. 88tb reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle bets in accordance with established market rules in the event of match abandonment, postponement, technical error, or any other exceptional circumstance.

The following general betting rules apply across the Platform:

• Bets are not accepted from individuals who have inside knowledge of an event's outcome, or who are participants in the event being wagered upon.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by event, sport, and account tier.
• 88tb reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion.
• In the event of a system malfunction or technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, 88tb reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. 88tb accepts no liability for internet connectivity issues that prevent a user from placing or modifying a live bet.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88tb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or through associates.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match-fixing or wagering on events whose outcomes you have influenced or have prior knowledge of.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Systematic arbitrage betting or staking patterns designed to exploit guaranteed profit opportunities across markets in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform's pricing.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.

9 Responsible Gaming

88tb is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available to all registered users at any time through account settings or by contacting the support team.

Self-exclusion requests will be honoured within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, 88tb will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to the account. Users under self-exclusion who circumvent these measures by opening new accounts will have those accounts closed and any winnings forfeited.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88tb Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88tb or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 88tb Platform without prior written permission from 88tb. Unauthorised use of 88tb's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88tb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or device-related issues on the user's end.
• Incorrect information provided by the user during registration or verification.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.

88tb's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

88tb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that 88tb deems detrimental to the Platform or its users.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — may be forfeited at 88tb's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to user misconduct (for example, at the user's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned via the user's registered payment method following completion of identity verification.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 88tb support team. Account closure requests are processed within two business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

88tb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 88tb will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

88tb operates as an internationally licensed platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88tb holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 88tb's support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 88tb from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
